WEATHER
Client safety (and mine!) is the most important thing when it comes to snowstorms, flooding, power outages, etc. Winter is definitely the season to worry about in Maine as it’s very unpredictable. I pay close attention to the forecasts and take action ASAP. If the forecast looks bad, I will start to reschedule that day immediately & I am so thankful for my clients who reciprocate flexibility. If I do plan to go in, please do not ever hesitate to reach out and reschedule. I do not want you to feel like you cannot change your appointment if you do not feel comfortable driving. Beyond driving, it’s slipping on the ice just trying to walk, and snow squalls so intense you can’t see in front of you. If you’ve been in recently, you already heard me tell you this, but please send that text and do not ever feel guilty about it!
CHILDREN & PETS
While children & pets are welcome at Cure, please be mindful of the space. There are a lot of products and many things that can break. I am not responsible for looking after your children or pet and they need to be respectful of the studio and any other guests that may be at Cure.
NO SHOWS
No shows will be unable to book online. If you no showed and are looking to schedule, you will only be scheduled at end of day as to not take away a time for another client. Life happens, so please be respectful of my time as well as my clients. I do not require a card to hold your appointment, so please do not take advantage of that courtesy. I do not believe in charging when nothing is received, but my time is valuable and will require prepayment if you have no showed previously.
